The House

The Southern Beach house has a two bedroom upstairs unit (flat) and a downstairs one bedroom unit (Bachelor pad)

The flat has a main bedroom which is ensuite and can sleep 2 guests. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed with a separate bathroom. The living area has a fully fitted kitchen with an inside braai and lovely views of the ocean. Sundowners and stunning sunsets can be enjoyed on the large deck outside.

The Bachelor pad downstairs has a double bed, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, a scullery and outside dining area. There is a little garden with an outside braai and a glimpse of the ocean.

Important Note: Suiderstrand and the Cape Agulhas district is a malaria free zone.

House Rules

  • The bedrooms and bathrooms are smoke free zones.
  • Please do not throw foreign objects into the toilets as we use a septic tank.
  • Linen is provided but guests must bring their own towels.
  • For groups of 2 or less, a cleaning levy may be added.
  • The Owners' will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
  • The Owners' will not be held liable for personal injury - tenants make use of the accommodation at their own risk.
  • Tenants will be held liable for any loss or damage to the property and contents.
  • Please respect the tranquility of the village. No loud music and wild parties will be tolerated. 

Terms of Payment

  • A deposit of 10 to 50 % will be required to secure the booking.
  • For bookings 7 days or less before arrival a 100% deposit will be required to secure the booking.
  • A fee of R 50 will be required for all cash deposits.
  • Payments will also be accepted on-site by arrangement.
  • Electronic Bank Transfers are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • For less than 7 days full deposit will be forfeited.
  • 7 to 14 days 75% of the deposit will be forfeited.
  • 14 to 21 days 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
  • 21 to 28 days 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
